Kevin Bagley is the COO and President of Managed Account Services.  Kevin has 30 years of experience with worldwide companies such as Microsoft and Maverick Micro Systems.  His roles include VP IT/IS, Systems Engineer, Sr. Project Manager and Developer.

As a certified Project Manager and IT/IS expert, he provides exceptional guidance to our Managed Account Services Team, project managers and account managers.

Jennifer Bagley is one of the leading thinkers in the social media, website performance, marketing and communications industries. She has the unique perspective as the CEO of a leading a international web design and social media marketing agency, and 15 years experience in operations, logistics and supply chain management for multiple Fortune 500 brands around the world.

This balanced background of strategic, technical (IT/IS), operational, marketing and sales experience provides businesses with a more effective and practical approach to their sales, internet, marketing and social media efforts.
She concentrates on teaching companies how to utilize high leverage activities that produce relationships that convert to cash.

William Preston, MBA

President

William Preston has spent his career elevating some of the top Fortune 500 Companies including TXU, Fossil and McAfee. He received two degree’s (Economics/Finance) from Texas A&M -Commerce where he lettered in Varsity football. William oversees both of Jennifer’s organizations which include Compliments International and Business Blitz. He is committed to leveraging Jennifer’s time, our team, and our resources to efficiently and effectively deliver value above expectations for our clients around the globe.

Rose Romero

Executive Assistant and Scheduling Manager

Rose coordinates calendars, logistics, and information with each client to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience each and every time. We take our clients’ time seriously. Rose combines a positive attitude with a commitment to please that underscores our philosophy of giving value and doing more than is expected. Jennifer ’s calendar is managed by the hour to ensure that our clients’ needs for her touch and timing are met. Rose coordinates, organizes, sorts, prepares, and helps ensure that Jennifer’s resources, best practices, and processes are ready to deliver virtually 24/7.

Chris Heney

Sr. Developer and Help Desk Manager

Chris oversees our IT/IS resources and is considered an IT God in our office and to our clients. He magically makes things happen on line and his favorite word is “refresh”. His talents are vast and superior, including programing in over 15 languages, internet, server and website security, database architecture, and the ability to create things other programmers would die to have access to. He is our secret sauce, providing our clients with completely integrated websites, blogs, security and fused social media marketing platforms.

Chris is extremely well known and respected in the coding communities and underground open source networks.Chris has been coding since he was 8, built his first website when he was 10, made his first online sale when he was 12 and led internet security and operations in Iraq for the US Army for 4 years. Funny as it may be, he is quite the social butterfly too, so we often keep him hidden behind the big tall curtain so he can focus on taking care of you and your needs. But, every once in a while, the butter must FLY and you may get to enjoy an hour of his indisputable worldly knowledge.
